1. General Policy

MotusX operates in a specialized performance industry, where products are often application-specific.

We aim to keep our policies fair and customer-focused.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • In resellable condition

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products
  • Custom or made-to-order components
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Restocking Policy

MotusX does not apply standard restocking fees.

A minimal handling fee (up to 5%) may apply only if:

  • Supplier return charges exist
  • Additional inspection or repackaging is required

We always aim to keep this at zero.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact MotusX for approval
  2. Ship item at customer expense
  3. Product will be inspected upon return

6. Refunds

  • Issued after inspection approval
  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Returned via original payment method

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery.

MotusX will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a full refund
